The Board of the Upper Valley Trails Alliance proposes the following bylaw change to be voted on at the December 11, 2019 regular monthly meeting of the Alliance. The meeting is at 5:30 in the Rotary Room of the Howe Library in Hanover. The general UVTA membership is invited to attend.
Current Bylaw:
4.1 Number. The affairs of the Alliance shall be managed and conducted by a Board of Directors composed of at least nine and not more than sixteen Directors.
Proposed Change:
4.1 Number. The affairs of the Alliance shall be managed and conducted by a Board of Directors composed of at least six nine and not more than sixteen Directors.
