Count Your Calories: Measure Your Success

Walk briskly and with purpose. The calories burned during walks depends on many things - your effort and fitness level, your body weight, the terrain, even the wind. By increasing your walking speed (number of steps taken per minute) and time walked per outing, you'll be typically increasing the number of calories burned. Measure your success. Estimate How Many Calories You Burn by using the charts and information located here.
