Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the Trail Corps?

The Trail Corps runs for 4 one week sessions. The Corps runs from 8:30 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday each week. Check back for Summer 2018 dates soon!

How does the application process work?

Our application will go live around February 2018 and will remain open unil April. The spots are first come, first served. UVTA staff will reach out to your references, and will contact you if we have any other questions. On the application, you will be able to select your first, second, and third choice weeks, and we try to fit every student's need. Obviously, we cannot guarantee a spot in a specific week.

What fun activities might we do?

The Corps might go canoeing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking or stop for ice cream. While there is work to be done, the Corps will learn outdoor skills and have fun in between!
