After more than 10 years of planning, the Upper Valley Trails Alliance (UVTA) is proud to announce that significant steps have been made toward the vision of the Upper Valley Loop Trail, an on-road cycling route using the safest existing infrastructure, connecting Hanover, Lebanon, Norwich, and Hartford.

Become a Trail Leader and Start Exploring!

 

What: The Trail Leader Training Workshops are designed to create local trail outing leaders who will learn the basics of leading recreational outings in their communities. Skills will include basic safety, trip planning, equipment use, how to choose hikes appropriate for the participants, and event promotion.

Physical Activity Has A Positive Impact on Student Academic Performance.

Fun Times For All at Lake Morey

Fairlee -- It's the busiest time of year on Lake Morey -- and organizers love every minute of it.

Hundreds are expected to skate, sled and ski their way around the lake Jan. 8-9 as part the seventh annual Winter Weekend, a series of nonprofit fundraisers put on by the Hulbert Outdoor Center, Lake Morey Resort and the Upper Valley Trails Alliance.
